Let’s say you buy a property the traditional way (we almost NEVER do this by the way).
You acquire a house for $100,000 and put down 20% or $20,000.
Now, let’s say 1 year later you sell that house for $150,000. You’ve doubled your money, right?
Well, actually, because you only paid $20k down, you’ve actually TRIPLED your money.
